The Law and the deliverer
He led Israel out of Egypt and received the Law at Sinai; he appears with Elijah at the transfiguration.
Prince, fugitive, shepherd
Saved from the water and raised as an Egyptian, he flees after killing an Egyptian and spends 40 years as a shepherd in the desert, from prince to nobody.
The bush and the Exodus
At 80, God calls him from the burning bush and reveals His name: 'I AM'. Moses confronts Pharaoh, leads the Exodus and receives the Law at Sinai.
